I do...I really like mountains. For me they are the place I go to center. They help bring me peace. They open me up to my senses. I can yell as loud as I want and it just leaves my body without me worrying about if someone thinks I have lost it.
Mountains allow me to connect my soul, to be real, to let shit go. The mountain help me to discover possibility. They help get to get out the ruts that I fall into or have been told to be in. For me mountains are about connection and freedom. This is what I hope my clients experience with me, connection and freedom.
I'm into a LOT of stuff. Seriously, when I say I'm multi-passionate, I mean it. I refuse to be boxed into just one thing. With a laundry list of degrees, certifications, and training in yoga, energy work, coaching, tarot, and a whole host of holistic practices, plus a hefty background in corporate, I've got a pretty eclectic skill set.
